1. Prices and taxes
All prices shown are in euros and include VAT for private end consumers within the European Union. Shipping is free within the European Union.
2. Right of withdrawal
2.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, accepted the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

2.2 Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notification of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
2.3 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for agreements on the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which the consumer has made an individual selection or stipulation, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
3. Delivery times
Unless shorter periods are indicated in the product description, products are delivered within 10 days by express courier service (usually FedEx or DHL Express). This period begins upon receipt of the sale amount via bank transfer, and ends on the last day of the period. If the last calculated day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the last delivery day will be the next working day. You will be notified immediately in the exceptional case that an item cannot be delivered within the stated deadline, in which case you will be entitled to cancel your order.
